The original Strong Female Character design, but a little more femme.
HOW IT FITS
The v-neck tee is a great option for anyone wanting a lower neckline than the original slim fit tee.
There are two styles so that this style can be worn by a range of body shapes and heights. XS to XL is the women’s Bevel tee from AS Colour and 2XL and 3XL are the equivalent continuation in the AS Colour Tarmac tee. (The Tarmac is a men’s tee, FYI.)
How to choose your size: it's pretty standard (ie not a slim fit). Don't second guess yourself: it is what your top size usually is. I’d recommend anyone choosing the 2XL or 3XL give their fave tee a measure and compare it with the sizing guide.
ABOUT THE DESIGN
The "OG" design has STRONG FEMALE CHARACTER written in capital letters, all on one line, in the font used by script-writers the world over, and read by actresses the world over, too.
This design can be an ironic poke in the screen industry's ribs about the existence of the "strong female lead" trope (which has no real male equivalent), while also broadcasting exactly the kind of actor you want to be: someone leading the narrative. "Bossy". "Difficult". A woman who says No. A person who cuts her own trail.
Or, it can be exactly what it says, with no more complex or layered a message than: the person inside this teeshirt is to be reckoned with. "Strong" is what you think it is. This design is perfect for the days when you feel firm, clear, confident. However you may be feeling vulnerable and need to call on your courage. It's also perfect for the days you need a crew neck pep talk or a cotton superhero cape in order to feel like you will be seen, listened to, heard.
Every one of my designs turns you into a walking billboard. You're carrying a message which may be specific to you rather than me, but you and I will be speaking silently about what matters. This tee says something about who you think you are, who you want to be.
